Term 4 - Week 8

 Kia Ora Whanau.

Welcome to week 8 of our 10 Week Term!

Can't believe we are in December already after what seems like a rather surreal year! 3 weeks of school left before Christmas holiday time. Here are a few reminders of upcoming dates and events.

  • Thursday the 3rd of December - Gold coin donation mufti day, wear bright colours! Money collected will be passed on to the Salvation Army
  • Friday the 4th of December - School Disco, 5:30 - 6:30 for Juniors, 6:45-7:45 for Seniors
  • Friday 18th December  - Last day of school. School finishes at 12:30
Thanks to those parents who offered to help on our school trip to the Botanical Gardens. A shame the weather didn't play ball! There will be another trip before the Term is out. More details to follow soon!

Here are a few snapshots of our week.

As usual, any questions or queries, come and see us. We are here to help.

No trip, no problem! Picnic inside

Last week Mitja & Daniela (Merle’s parents) visited Nga Puna and taught us about microbiology and the germs, bacteria and other living things we can only see under a microscope. We examined and investigated our worm’s up close and the compost microorganisms- it was fascinating!”
