Kia Ora Team Welcome to week 6. A big welcome to Blake who is starting school with us in Ngā Puna this week. A warm welcome to you and your whanau Blake. It is so lovely having you with us. We also welcome Donna into our Ngā Puna teaching team. Donna has been a Learning Assistant at Waimairi for some time now and we feel very lucky to have her with us in Ngā Puna. Swimming Next week will be the last week of swimming for our  kids. A reminder our swimming days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's. Friendship list Our Classroom Connector Angela Godenho (Jack's mum) is compiling a 'friendship list' for us to distribute to our parents. This is a great way to organise play dates and foster friendships. Thanks for those who have already passed on details to Lynley or Tina. If you would still like to be on the list please email Angela on the address below. She will be outside Ngā Puna this Wednesday morning for those of you wanting to be added then. angelagodenho@g

What a treat to be able to view it clearly on our new projector screen in the hall!  A big thanks to our P.T.A for all of the hard work they do, and to you all for supporting their fundraiser's. Our Ngā Puna kids were watching the workers install the new projector. Their inquisitive nature and desire to 'know' saw them checking up on the workers progress over the course of the morning! Sparklers We have started to share and involve the Ngā Puna children in the sparklers activities from the Allright Mental Health initiative. It was developed in response to requests from the education sector for tools to help them support and promote the wellbeing of yo
